第1条（自己責任・免責事項）

  1. 利用者は、1150 STUDIO（以下「本施設」）を自己責任において利用するものとします。
  2. 本施設およびその所有者は、利用中に発生した事故、怪我、盗難、紛失、または私物の破損等について、一切の責任を負いません。
  3. 本施設では、利用者に対する事故・怪我・賠償等の保険は加入しておりません。
  4. 必要に応じて、利用者自身の責任において保険へ加入してください。
  5. 利用者は、機器および工具について、使用方法を十分に理解した上で使用するものとします。使用説明資料は提供されています。
  6. 利用者は、車両が日本のすべての関係法令および規制に適合していることを、自らの責任で確認・遵守するものとします。
  7. 利用者が行った車両の改造または修理に起因するいかなる結果についても、本施設および所有者は責任を負いません。
  8. 初回利用時には運転免許証の提示を求め、会員登録を行います。

第2条（利用目的）

  1. 本施設はコミュニティスペースとして提供されています。利用者は丁寧に使用し、利用後は清掃を行い、次の利用者および近隣住民への配慮を行ってください。
  2. 本施設は作業スペースとしての利用を目的としており、宿泊、飲酒、その他不適切な利用は禁止します。

第3条（施設利用に関する注意事項）

  2. 4ポストリフトの最大車両幅:
    ホイール間 = 1メートル 90cm
    ミラー間 　= 2メートル 10cm
  3. 黄色のラインで囲まれたエリアは私有地のため、立ち入り禁止とします。
  4. 本施設にはトイレはありませんが、手洗い場を設置しています。最寄りのコンビニまでは徒歩5分です。
  5. 屋内での洗車は禁止します。
  6. 利用終了後は必ず施錠し、鍵をキーボックスへ返却してください。
  7. 火気の使用、溶接、切断、研磨など火花が発生する作業は、事前に本施設の許可がない限り禁止します。
  8. 本施設内と近傍は全面禁煙です。
  9. 不必要な空ぶかしや、騒音を伴う長時間のアイドリングは禁止します。
  10. オイル、液体類、バッテリー、タイヤ、その他産業廃棄物を、本施設内に無断で廃棄することは禁止します。

第4条（罰金および追加料金）

  1. 設備または備品を破損した場合：実費修理費用を請求します。
  2. 清掃不十分または汚れた状態での退出：清掃費用を請求します。
  3. 予約時間を超過した場合：
    　・次の予約がない場合：通常料金
    　・次の予約がある場合：通常料金の200％
  4. その他、本利用規約に違反した場合：罰金または追加料金を請求する場合があります。

第5条（防犯カメラおよび映像の利用）

  1. 本施設には防犯カメラを設置しており、常時録画を行っています。
  2. 録画映像は、施設管理、利用状況の確認、安全確保の目的で使用されます。
  3. 規約違反、事故、破損、不正行為が発生した場合、必要に応じて映像を確認し、警察または関係機関へ提供することがあります。
  4. 映像は適切に管理され、正当な運営目的以外には使用しません。

第6条（利用停止および退去）

  1. 事故、怪我、火災、設備故障が発生した場合、直ちに作業を中止し、管理者へ連絡してください。
  2. 本利用規約に違反した場合、管理者は利用の停止または即時退去を命じることができます。その場合、支払済み料金の返金は行いません。
  3. 規約違反や安全・法令・近隣問題を引き起こした利用者については、今後の予約をお断りする場合があります。

1150 STUDIO Rentalpit Terms of Use

Article 1 (Own Risk & Liability Waiver)

  1. Users utilize the 1150 STUDIO (hereinafter “the Facility”) entirely at their own risk.
  2. The Facility and its owner shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during use.
  3. The Facility does not provide any accident, injury, or liability insurance for users.
  4. Users are responsible for obtaining their own insurance if necessary.
  5. Users should only operate the equipment and tools upon understanding how to use them. Explanation documentation is provided.
  6. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their vehicle complies with all applicable Japanese laws and regulations.
  7. The Facility and its owner shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from vehicle modifications or repairs performed by users.
  8. First time users will be requested to show driving license and will be registered as a member.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

  1. The Facility is provided as a community space. Users must use the area with care, clean after use and be considerate of the next user and the neighborhood.
  2. The Facility is intended as a workspace. Overnight stays, drinking alcohol, or other inappropriate uses are prohibited.

Article 3 (Facilities related)

  2. Maximum width of vehicle for 4 post lift:
    wheel to wheel = 1 meter 90 cm
    mirror to mirror = 2 meter 10 cm
  3. Do not enter in the premises within the yellow lines, it is private area.
  4. The Facility does not have a toilet but provides a handwashing area. Closest Combini is 5 minutes walking.
  5. Washing the car indoors is not allowed.
  6. Close the facility after usage and return the key to the lockbox.
  7. Open flames, welding, cutting, or grinding work that generates sparks is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the Facility.
  8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and around the Facility.
  9. Do not perform unnecessary revving of engines or continuous idling with a loud car.
  10. Users must not dispose of oil, liquids, batteries, tires, or other industrial waste at the Facility unless explicitly authorized.

Article 4 (Fines & Additional Charges)

  1. Damaging equipment or fixtures: actual repair cost will be charged.
  2. Leaving the Facility dirty or failing to clean up: cleaning fee will be charged.
  3. Staying beyond the reserved time: extra usage fee will be charged. Regular price in case no following customer, 200% in case there is a following customer.
  4. Any other violation of these Terms of Use: penalty may be charged.

Article 5 (Security Cameras & Video Use)

  1. Security cameras are installed within the Facility, and continuous recording is in operation.
  2. The footage may be used for facility management, monitoring usage, and ensuring safety.
  3. In the case of misconduct, damage, or violation of these Terms, the Facility may review the footage and, if necessary, provide it to the police or relevant authorities.
  4. All footage is managed appropriately and will not be used for any purpose other than legitimate operational needs.

Article 6 (Suspension & Removal)

  1. In the event of an accident, injury, fire, or equipment failure, users must immediately stop work and notify the Facility manager.
  2. If a user violates these Terms, the manager reserves the right to suspend use or demand immediate departure. Fees already paid will not be refunded.
  3. The Facility reserves the right to refuse future reservations from users who have violated these Terms or caused safety, legal, or neighbourhood issues.
