Central Circuit

Central Circuit is one of key circuits for motorsport in the Kansai region which was established in 1996. The shape is of the circuit is stretched with a long straight.

The overall length is 2804 meter with the straight being 677 meter. If the additional section of the straight is used, the total length is 710 meter. The maximum height difference is 20 meter. Since there is an underpass under the straight, the corners to left and right are equal. Normal driving direction is clockwise.

A circuit license needs to be obtained in order to drive on the circuit. It costs 51000 Yen including yearly admission. It then costs 5900 Yen to drive 30 minutes.

The opening times are from 7:30 until 18:00 but it may change if there is a special event taking place. A 1000 Yen admission fee is required.

On the website there are daily reports posted (in Japanese) with what is going to happen that day.

The location is in Hyogo prefecture. A big city nearby is Kato, which is approximately 30 minutes by car. Osaka is about one hour and 15 minutes driving. From Nishiwaki there is a bus that stops close to the circuit.
