A small circuit in Ibaraki prefecture is Ksk Circuit. It’s length is only 820 meter and if the short layout of the track is being driven, it is 600 meter.
The circuit is usually only open in the weekend. Driving times are from 9:00 until 15:30 in sessions of 20 minutes with 10 minutes break afterwards. Between 12:00 and 13:00 driving is also not possible. One session is 2000 Yen and two sessions is 3000 Yen. The sessions after are 1000 Yen. For the people that intend to come and drive more often there are special K’s Circuit passports, which give additional discount on driving.
The location is approximately 1 hour away from Hitachi Ota Station in northern Ibaraki prefecture. Better would be to go by car as the location of the circuit is quite rural. A big town close by is Mito, which is approximately 30 minutes by car.
