In North of Japan is a circuit called Aomori Speed Park to let people enjoy both on-road and off-road driving. The asphalted circuit is 2066 meters long and has many corners with various radii. The straight is 400 meters long including the slight bent. The circuit is more suitable for grip driving than drifting.
The off-road circuit is used for official Japanese off-road racing events. Regular cars, trucks, SUV’s and buggy’s are a common sight.
The costs for driving on the asphalted circuit are 5000 Yen for half a day or 8000 Yen for a full day. The prices for off-road driving are 3000 Yen for half a day and 5000 Yen for a full day.
The circuit is located close to Aomori city approximately 30 minutes by car from the city center. There are no public transport stations close to the circuit.
