New Kyowa Cartland is a circuit which half of the time used for carts and bikes and the other half of the time for gymkhana and drifting. The course length is only 764 meter and with many (tight) corners it is perfect for doing these activities.
Thursday’s and Friday’s are usually scheduled holiday for the circuit. On the days there is gymkhana and drift, it is usually split that one is being done in the morning and the other in the afternoon. The price for 1.5 hour is 2000 Yen, half a day which is around 3 hours is 3000 Yen and a full day is 5000 Yen. It is also possible to buy a season pass for 23500 Yen and then you pay only 500 Yen for every day you drive on the circuit. The circuit can also be rented for private and corporate events.
The location is very rural. It is approximately 45 minutes drive by car from Akita city. Public transport connections are absent.
