Izu Peninsula is a 3 hour drive from Tokyo and is just south of Mount Fuji. It has a lot to offer in terms of beautiful nature, delicious seafood and amazing driving roads. Places worth visiting are Atami, Shuzenji, Jogasaki and Shimoda. Besides these cities there are many other amazing spots to see.
